Form for administration concerning quiz authors

If you are an administrator of the present quizserver you can with this form register a new quiz author.
For this purpose you can have a list of currently registered quiz authors presented.
You can change the password for an author.
You can remove a quiz author together with all quizzes and other material belonging to that author.
Furthermore you can send a common message to all quiz authors by e-mail.
Finally you can inspect and modify a log file concerning quiz authors.

Registration of a new quiz author:

Enter the following information in the entry fields below:

Then click the button 'Register new author'

Identification (x) for new quiz author (at least 3 letters, digits, underscore, hyphen, the format d*QC or d*QC- with d* being a sequence of digits is reserved for guest authors):

Leave the following two entry fields empty unless you want material (HTML pages, image files etc) produced by the author placed in particular directories, e.g. under a home directory allocated to the author. The directories must already exist and they must have been made accessible for reading, writing and searching (rwx) by the server. For the non-public directory give access only to author (owner) and server. State full path and name in entry fields.

Fill-in the identification and new address for quiz author. Then click the button labelled: Change e-mail address.

Enter identification for author, then click button 'Remove quiz author'. Notice that process cannot be reversed (once done all files are lost).

Enter message in field below (include your e-mail address, if appropriate) and click button:

Creation of an author, modification of an e-mail address, removal of an author and sending a message to all authors are logged to a file. Via the button below you can inspect and modify the file. You can, for example, add your own comments to the log.
